Useful information and clarifications for your stay at the hotel.
Welcome to Hotel Costazzurra! We are delighted to have you with us. During your stay, please consider our entire staff at your full disposal. Here’s some useful information for your visit:
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The room check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. You may still enjoy the common areas before check-in and after check-out.
What is provided upon arrival at the hotel?
Starting from 6:30 PM, we will be delighted to offer you a Welcome Cocktail. Upon arrival, you will also receive detailed information about possible excursions through our Area Map and about the treatments offered by our Wellness Center “La Grotta delle Muse”, accessible upon reservation.
Where can I park my car?
We provide two parking areas:
- Parking A requires entering the following opening code: “ON 2 5 1 2 OK” on the black keypad located on the left wall, across the main road.
- Parking B is open during daytime hours (please remember to display your room number on your car dashboard).
Do you have a Wi-Fi network?
The hotel offers a free Wi-Fi network. Please ask for the password upon arrival.
Can I rent a bicycle?
Yes, there is a complimentary bicycle service always available for guests.
What are the opening hours and menu of the “Il Grecale” restaurant?
- Breakfast in the restaurant: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- For lunch, ask for the “Fresh and Quick Proposals” menu, available for takeaway – perfect for enjoying by the pool, at the beach, or during excursions.
- Outdoor Dinner with live music from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A delicious exploration of our menu featuring seafood and meat specialties, along with excellent Roman-style Pinsa.
- Tasting Menu: €35.00 per person. Includes Starter and First Course, or Starter and Main Course, chosen from the à la carte menu (drinks and dessert included).
What are the opening hours of the swimming pool and the roof garden?
- Swimming Pool & Waterfall: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Roof Garden: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Are there free transfers available?
Yes, for guests dining at our restaurant:
- Every day: morning visit to the Valley of the Temples (departure 9:30 AM – return 12:00 PM).
- From July 1st to September 15th: sunset visit (departure 6:30 PM – return 9:00 PM).
Do you offer paid transfers for excursions?
Yes, to make excursions easier, we offer private transfers with flexible hours (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, minimum 2 people):
- Agrigento City Center: €15.00 per person (one way: Hotel → Cathedral, return: Piazza Stazione → Hotel)
- Scala dei Turchi: €30.00 per person (round trip from the hotel)
- Lido Frontemare (sunbed + umbrella): €15.00 per person (round trip included)
